402 onboarding_incomplete
The key authenticated, but there is no provider key (stored or pass-through) or no model and no router to serve the request with.
Symptom
Calls fail with HTTP 402 and x-ace-error: onboarding_incomplete.
Cause
ACE resolves the provider key in order: the pass-through header on this request, then your tenant's stored vendor key, then it rejects. With neither, or with no model given and no router configured, there is nothing to serve the request with.
Fix
Send the provider key on its pass-through header with each call (nothing is stored), or store a vendor key for the provider once. Name a model in the body unless a router is configured. To test without any provider key, use echo mode.
